Lisa has a unique blend of Finance and People Operations skills that enables her to help organizations thrive. She began her career in Finance and Accounting to understand the numbers side of the business and what it took to drive revenue, secure funding and close deals.


While she will always have a love for numbers, as she grew in her career, Lisa realised she had a love for people and her passion was helping employees thrive at work. Lisa understands that by having a great culture and an inspiring workplace, employees will be more productive and engaged.


Lisa became a certified Kolbe consultant which enables her to help companies drive higher performance by understanding their employees' conative instincts. The Kolbe methodology is a unique combination of assessments, analytics and consulting that is based on over 40 years of research.


Lisa is a member of SHRM and a certified HR Professional (PHR) through HRCI.
